Hydraulic telescopic lip-dock levellers have a movable telescopic lip, which provides a larger contact area between vehicle bed and dock leveller.  Thanks to that, they can be precisely positioned on the vehicle bed for optimal load utilization and improved safety. Preventive maintenance is easy and fast to secure functionality. All hydraulic telescopic lip-dock levellers are easy to operate.

The innovative and unique ASSA ABLOY 950 series docking control system offers complete control of the dock leveller, dock shelter and door, all in one control unit. A few self-explanatory buttons make the system easy to operate. Separate steering units or complex wiring are no longer needed to operate all equipment from a single control panel.

Crawford DL6020T Teledock is a universal solution and the most flexible docking system.  It is suitable for every loading situation – regardless of its complexity. An optional Ergonomic lip offers completely bump free transition from the leveller platform to the vehicle/trailer bed. This makes the Crawford DL6020T teledock ideal for operations with electrical pallet trucks without spring bumpers.

Crawford DL6121T Teledock 100 is a heavy-duty telescopic lip-dock leveller with a load capacity of 100 kN (10 tonnes) or optional 150 kN (15 tonnes). Robust and reliable construction guarantees high performance during the tough handling of heavy and uneven loads.

Crawford DL6020TR Teledock Replacement

Crawford DL6020TR Teledock Replacement is modernization or remedial solution, offering a cost-effective upgrade solution where existing dock levellers are outdated or damaged beyond repair. Available in many sizes, and with a wide range of pit frame designs, it is possible to replace existing levellers without any civil engineering reconstruction works.
